On the farm
We share our lives with the farm animals that help keep the landscape open.
Sheep, horses, pigs, hens, and bees graze and fertilize naturally, while vegetables, berries and herbs are grown in living soil that brings both flavor and vitality to the plate.
You'll find us on southern Gotland...
...surrounded by vast landscapes of barren alvar, ancient forests, and an ever-changing coastline. Here, you'll encounter an almost magical tranquility, broken only by the sound of the sea or birdsong.
